As the principal of Walnut Park Middle School - Social Justice/ School for Advanced Studies, I'm extremely proud of the growth we have made as a community. It takes hard work and dedication from our teachers to make it all happen. From becoming an SAS school, implementing AVID School wide, offering students and community with life long experiences is ongoing. It is up to each individual student to take advantage of these great opportunities. There is no excuse for not achieving you goals; the only excuses are the ones you make. Work hard, don't give up, and believing in yourself are key to reaching your highest potential. Twenty years from now, you will have no one to blame for the life you have created but yourself! What will you life be like?
